Drug Dealer Sentenced to a Decade in Prison

Auburn, NY- District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci announced Rashaan INGRAM, 34, of Poughkeepsie, New York, pled guilty to one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, a Class A-II Felony following the execution of several search warrants on January 5, 2024. His co-defendant, Danielle RAY, 39, of Auburn, New York, pled guilty to one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, related to a search warrant executed at her residence on Wright Avenue. Both defendants were arrested following a lengthy investigation into the sale of narcotic drugs by members of the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force.


Both defendants were sentenced today before the Honorable Thomas G. Leone. INGRAM was sentenced to a ten-year determinate prison sentence followed by 5 years of post-release supervision. RAY was sentenced to 6 months of incarceration, followed by five years of felony probation for her role in the investigation.


These cases were prosecuted by District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci.
